Most predictors will learn and adapt their predictions. Many can also
accept text files and create lexica from them.
Alternatives are to use an alphabetic system of word listing of key
programming commands. (Commercial interest, we do one called WordAid)
Another is to use abbreviation expansion
Or you could use a programmable on - screen keyboard such as The Grid or
our own free on SAW. You could produce selection sets with categorised or
alphabetic terms.
And as has already been mentions environments like visual studio do have an
auto-complete system for commands and functions etc.
