Dear all,
As part of implementing an electronic records management programme, I will
be undertaking departmental records surveys. These surveys will include
both electronic and paper records. I am having difficulty locating
guidance on how to go about such a survey and was wondering whether anyone
had any experience, advice or example survey form.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
