Dear all
I plan to develop an educational pack based around one of the collections
at the RNCM, and am considering producing this as a website. This site
would contain scanned resources and information which could be downloaded
by individual teachers.
I would be extremely grateful for advice from anyone who has previously
done this, in particular re the following issues:
- cost! That is, what is a realistic budget for a relatively small scale
website?
- was the website developed in-house or was the work outsourced?
- how successful was the project deemed to be, that is, was there a high
uptake from local teachers/other users?
- is the website maintained over the long term and kept accessible, or did
it have a limited shelf-life?
Many thanks,
Mary Ann
