Hi all,
As usual, the Dutch are economical ;-))
Vermandel offers these forceps for 3.20 Euro (called Leonard forceps/pincet). We order them there, they have fast delivery after receiving payment, and low postage and handling costs. They are not completely rust-free (which I think applies to all these forceps), but furthermore I don't have complaints about the quality.
See: http://www.vermandel.com/index.php?cat=1&sub=&item=50.051 for 3.20 Euro,
http://www.vermandel.com/index.php?cat=1&sub=&item=50.052 for 3.30 Euro (long model)
http://www.vermandel.com/index.php?cat=1&sub=&item=50.053 for 3.10 Euro (small model)
I am no share-holder of this company ;-)) If there is a considerable interest, I am prepared to act as intermediate if necessary.

Hi Andy
In Australia you can get these from:
http://www.entosupplies.com.au/
for $4.62
Search for codes E122B [blunt] and E122S [sharp].
In the UK http://www.fisher.co.uk/ have packs of 5 featherlight tweezers for £18.10+VAT, but I think they only have the blunt type. Entomological suppliers carry both types, usually priced at £4 to £5. So Simone's supplier in Germany looks good value.
Mark
