CAN YOU HELP???

I'm working on an art project for an upcoming installation and have  
been trying to gather as much information about citizenship  
internationally as possible. What i'm specifically looking for is the  
way in which countries allow 'aliens' or 'foreigners' to become  
'naturalised' or become a citizen/national. Often this involves lots of  
forms, but also in some cases a ceremony where a symbolic pledge / oath  
needs to be taken. So for example in America there is the Pledge of  
Allegiance, and recently in Britain there is a similar sort of oath the  
government has introduced along with a 'Citizenship Test' which  
individuals need to pass. on the one hand it tests their grasp of the  
English language, on the other it tests their  cultural and national  
knowledge of Britain (however, they are the sorts of questions that  
many Britons themselves find difficult to answer....)

Whilst I have managed to get information on places like Canada, USA,  
UK, NZ - its the countries where English is not used (eg. Hindi,  
Mandarin, Arabic Russian), or information is more difficult to find  
over the internet (Afganistan, Samoa, Cuba) that i'm looking for - but  
also starting to consider questions like.... what process of belonging  
takes place e.g. within First Nations in Canada? or different minority  
but indigenous groups whose language is not acknowledged in the  
National pledges - eg: Maori?

What i am hoping for is that there may be some of you out there for  
whom getting access to this sort of information is going to be much  
easier then for me (either due to language or location). I'm looking  
for any of the following that you can help with:
1. official application forms
2. oaths/ pledges - both in text in the language its in - but also  
translations if possible.
3. descriptions of ceremonies or processes
4. personal experiences of becoming another citizen - wether this was  
problematic etc (anonimity respected)
4. what you might consider examples of knowledge an outsider should  
know on becoming a citizen within your country (so for example what you  
feel should be included in a 'citizehship pack'!)
5. help with learning how to say the pledge in different languages...  
this could be that you help transcribe the text into english so i can  
learn how to say it- or that you can send an mp3 of you saying it, or  
that i call you and record over the phone you saying the pledge!
6. or suggested websites
