Senior Statistical SAS Programmer

Job Summary
 Due to continued success and expansion, our client is currently seeking
to recruit an experienced individual to join our Scientific Programming.
The role involves providing statistical SAS programming support to the
Biostatistics team.

 

Main Responsibilities
As the Scientific Programming representative on a project team, plan,
direct and implement the programming components of assigned projects
including:

*	Coordinate and participate in the programming and validation of
tables, listings, and figures 

*	Provide input into and adhere to the statistical analysis plan
while completing programming activities 

*	Develop organized, well-presented mock-up displays for routine
and complex tables, listings, and figures, according to statistical and
Sponsor requirements, which anticipate and prevent potential programming
issues, promote efficient programming and require minimal rework 

*	Coordinate and maintain organized, complete and up-to-date study
documentation, testing and validation/quality control documents, and
programs in compliance with internal and sponsor standards 

*	Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects
and ensure adherence to budgets 

*	Attend external and internal project team meetings and
communicate Scientific Programming's progress on the project  

 

Qualifications 
To be successful in this role you will have:

*	A Scientific or relevant technical degree   

*	A minimum of 4 years experience in programming and/or clinical
trials 

*	Experience in statistical SAS programming is essential

*	Have the ability to work independently with minimum guidance 

*	Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills 

*	Have the ability to work in a team environment 

*	Demonstrate good time management and organization skills
