Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Reader
Management Science Department, Strathclyde University.
The Department of Management Science is looking for someone to join a
lively and hardworking group with a record for excellence in research and
teaching. A particular strength of the department is bridging 'hard'
and 'soft' Management Science/Operational Research (MS/OR) as well as
action oriented research.
We are part of the AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB accredited Strathclyde Business
School and the department offers a broad range of specialisms: risk
assessment; technology management; problem structuring and elicitation;
performance measurement and management; strategy and operations modelling;
decision support.
Your area of Management Science expertise is less important than your
ability to demonstrate a commitment to research, innovative approaches to
teaching and learning and you should enjoy working in a collaborative
environment.
We welcome applications from suitably qualified individuals who demonstrate
an ability and intent to contribute fully to the department's activities.
The level of seniority of the appointment will be commensurate with, for
example, research leadership, publication record and teaching experience.
