ISRU is a dedicated consultancy, training and research unit having extensive experience of guiding KTP Associates to successful completion of their projects. ISRU work with many local and international companies and provide the statistical input in several European research consortia
Marketing Data Analyst (KTP ASSOCIATE)
Salary circa: £22,000 (plus £3500 Training Budget)
Penny Plain is a dual brand National WomensWear fashion retailer, trading across 3 main channels Mail Order, Web and Retail. With ambitious plans for growth including a recent acquisition of an additional brand 'Wealth of Nations', this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and enthusiastic team.
The role is key to helping us develop our data marketing strategy. You will be expected to deliver timely, high quality and insightful pieces of analysis and to explore the use of methodologies such as cluster analysis, principal components and logistic regression analysis.
You will be responsible for the technical delivery of individual projects that involve statistical analysis of customers and new prospects. This requires an understanding of the key metrics that drive performance in a multi channel retail environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
4 Good Honours degree ideally within Statistics, Math's or Econometrics disciplines
4 Up to 2 years experience in the direct marketing industry
4 Proficient in the use of Microsoft IT packages, working knowledge of Statistical packages an advantage
4 Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, along with strong team working skills
4 Some experience or knowledge of applying multivariate statistical techniques such as cluster, principal components and regression analysis
