Our European Biostatistical Programming group is responsible for writing,
testing and validating software in support the regulatory approval process,
ensuring all programming outputs meet regulatory and company quality
standards. We are now looking to strengthen the group through a number of
appointments of Biostatistical Programmer Analysts at various grades, based
either in Cambridge or Uxbridge.
A graduate in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant
scientific subject, your minimum of three years' practical experience in the
pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO sectors must include proven SAS
programming expertise in the BASE, STAT, GRAPH, MACRO and SQL modules and
have given you a good understanding of all aspects of the drug development
process. Enthusiastic and committed, you will have excellent interpersonal,
organisational and communication skills. Experience of working in an
international environment would be an advantage.
For senior positions, you will function as a Global Project Lead Programmer
and participate in technical programming and process improvement activities
within Global Biostatistics. For this role, you will require a minimum of
five years' relevant experience of biostatistical programming within the
drug development setting.
