Good afternoon to you,
I am examing some data that looks at blood pressure before pregnancy and
then during and after pregnancy. The data is obviously paired so I was
going to proceed with a paired test, however some of the pregnancies are
by the same women, ie there are a number of women who have more than one
pregnancy in the data. Is it OK to proceed with the analysis on the
assumption that the pregnancies are independent of each other? My feeling
is that it isn't but I'm not sure how to proceed with the analysis.
I would be most grateful for any advice,
Leli
