We have a major Pharmaceutical company seeking a Graduate Statistician to
cross train into clinical trials:

JOB ROLE: Working most closely with project statisticians and systems
analysts, but also with physicians and clinical research associates as
needed. Major responsibilities of this role include:
§ Database design and developing reporting formats.
§ Defining and creating derived variables.
§ Providing input in relevant Study Development Process meetings
§ Collaborating with project statistician to develop statistical
analysis plans.
§ Conducting interim and final analysis of data according to defined
specifications.
§ Ensuring validation and required documentation of statistical
programs.
§ Developing innovative methods for improving the quality and
efficiency of reporting techniques.
§ Providing technical/statistical reports for review by the report
writing team.
§ Reviewing final work products to ensure correspondence with
statistical results.
§ Providing training to internal and external customers on
statistical programming issues.
