Symposium on the Convergence of Methods for the Analysis of Panel Data

The aims of this symposium are to explore the similarities and differences of the various approaches to analysing panel data, their advantages and disadvantages, their ability to handle observational data from complex sample surveys, and their ability to account for panel attrition, item non-response and measurement error.
The Symposium will feature oral presentations of invited and contributed papers.
The invited speakers are: Ken Bollen (North Carolina), Joop Hox (Utrecht), Andrew Pickles (Manchester), Fiona Steele (Bristol), Rolf Steyer (Jena), Nanny Wermuth (Gothenburg).
