I recall a 'letter to the editor', I think it was in Statistics in Medicine
and I believe in the last five years*, in which two prominent medical
statisticians suggested that all clinical trials should be analysed
sequentially and have data safety monitoring boards. All attempts to locate
this letter using PubMed, ISI, Wiley Interscience or Google have failed.
Can anyone on the allstat list help?
