please contact Mary Humphreys at address below for further details Confidential Enquiry into Maternal and Child Health (CEMACH) MEDICAL STATISTICIAN/EPIDEMIOLOGIST Circa £32,500pa WANTED * medical statistician/epidemiologist to work for independent organisation committed to improving maternal and child health Baker Street, London CEMACH is looking for a medical statistician/epidemiologist to join its multidisciplinary team carrying out national surveys and clinical audits of health outcomes for mothers, babies and children. You will work with clinicians from a wide variety of disciplines including obstetrics, neonatology, paediatrics and midwifery and with our project management team and regional offices in taking forward the Enquiry’s programme. You will also manage a small team within the research and development section. Particular responsibilities will include the provision of epidemiological and statistical expertise in the development, analysis and interpretation of the Enquiry’s surveys and audits. Educated to degree level in an appropriate quantitative discipline, you will need substantial relevant work experience in a related field for this role.
