Postdoctoral Research Associate in Statistical Methods
MRC Centre for Nutrition and Cancer Prevention and Survival (CNC) at University of Cambridge Department of Public Health and Primary Care
Salary: £23,457-£30,607 per annum
Limit of tenure: Three years
We are seeking to employ a statistician interested in medical problems to work on the design and analysis of studies exploring the relationship between diet and disease especially cancer and to develop statistical methods for handling measurement error in dietary data using multiple measurements by different methods. Candidates should have a familiarity with statistical techniques at least up to the level of a Master's degree in statistics, an understanding of the requirements of epidemiological research, and an interest in developing new statistical methods. This is a University post in association with MRC Biostatistics Unit, Cambridge.
