Be the first to get involved in a new start company offering statistical
analysis and reporting services to the pharmaceutical industry. A new
company will open in London in January 2007 and we are currently recruiting
for all levels of statisticians and SAS programmers.
You will have excellent communication skills as well as the technical
ability to carry out the required roles and responsibilities. For the
statistician posts, you must be educated to at least Masters degree level in
a statistics related discipline as well as an understanding of the
statistical issues in clinical trials. Your roles and responsibilities will
revolve around helping to set up clinical trials from a statistical
perspective and getting involved in the reporting of these clinical trials
using SAS and other software as needed.
For the SAS programmer posts, some experience of using SAS in a clinical
trials environment is essential. As well as writing SAS programs to report
clinical trials, you will get involved in using, developing and validating
software to automate the process of reporting clinical trials. We will
aggressively utilise technology to automate the reporting process as much as
possible, and you will be involved in the development of this technology.
Knowledge of software validation and other programming languages is an
advantage.
It is planned that this company will grow to be a partner of choice to the
pharmaceutical sector within the first year of its existence. By getting in
early, you will be giving yourself an advantage in your future career
development, as there will be many opportunities arising as the company
grows.
At present time, we are seeking office accommodation within the M25 area of
West London. The earliest employment opportunities will be from January
