RESEARCH FELLOW - APPLIED STATISTICS PLYMOUTH
Salary £19,340 - £30,000 Research Fellow Scale
We have a vacancy for an applied Statistician working to support the National Down's Syndrome and Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme of the NHS. Good communication skills are essential and a working knowledge of R, S-PLUS, and SPSS are desirable. The work will involve the application of a range of statistical techniques to data from screening laboratories and the maintenance of a database. Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment in the area of healthcare is desirable.
The initial appointment will be for a fixed period of two years with a possible extension to further years, subject to funding.
