either a pharmaceutical or academic medical research setting using a broad
range of statistical techniques. You should have excellent team-working

Research and Development at UK and US sites.
There is currently a vacancy for a statistician to support the development
of new drugs in the Respiratory Medicines Development Centre at our site
in Greenford, Middlesex.
As a key member of a global team of physicians, clinical research
scientists, regulatory colleagues and data managers, you will:
• Use your statistical expertise in the design and analysis of clinical
trials
• Contribute to the interpretation of study results and their subsequent
use in regulatory submissions and publications
• Research different statistical methodologies to enhance future analysis
strategies
• Utilise your excellent team-working skills and statistical knowledge to
provide quality input into international clinical development programmes
Your exact responsibilities will depend on your demonstrated technical
skills and behavioural competencies.
