Lecturer in Health Statistics
We are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Health Statistics for a fixed term of 3
years from the 1st January 2007. You will contribute to the biostatistical
teaching and research in health services research, with specific focus to the
activities of the School of Health Care (SHC) and the Institute of Health
Sciences & Public Health Research (IHSPHR).
You must have some experience at teaching biostatistics (preferably in an
academic environment), particularly to non-statisticians. You must also have
established activities in biomedical research, mathematics/ statistics research,
or related academic subject areas. You must also have skills in organisation
and management, to take responsibility for teaching and research.
University Grade 7/8 (£26,402 - £38,772 p.a.) depending upon qualifications and
relevant experience.
