EPIDEMIOLOGIST/BIOSTATISTICIAN
We are seeking a full-time lecturer or senior lecturer in epidemiology or
biostatistics, with an interest in diseases of the musculoskeletal
system. The post will be based at the UCL Institute of Orthopaedics &
Musculoskeletal Science (IOMS) at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital,
Stanmore (RNOH). The IOMS and RNOH collaborate in the Clinical Research
Centre at Stanmore; the IOMS provides assistance with study design and data
analysis, RNOH provides the facilities for collecting clinical data. This
job is to lead the IOMS contribution to this partnership, under the
guidance of Professor David Marsh, Professor of Clinical Orthopaedics. The
post is available with immediate effect for 5 years, funded 100% by the
RNOH. The salary offered is at grade 8 for Lecturer within salary range
£31,525 - £37,642 (excluding LW of £2,400). Or grade 9 for a Senior
Lecturer which ranges from £41,133 - £44,947 (excluding LW of £2,400). The
appointment will be made at the level appropriate to your experience.
