These units are usually built with connectors for individual or a specific
rance of wheelchairs. As with a lot of things like this because wheelchair
design varies, there is NOT a 'One model fits all' version, and like
shopping carriers for fitting onto wheelchairs supplied by supermarkets,
these units have considerable compromises, caused by the type of mounting
system employed. One would have thought that someone could devise a
'universal' fitting system by now, but I've yet to encounter one.
