Learning Support Adviser
Salary Scale SO1:- £23,182 - £24,821per annum
(Maternity Cover - May 2006 to January 2007)
Based mainly at the Crewe and Alsager campuses, you will advise and support disabled students in identifying their needs and obtaining financial support. You will also provide general and study skills advice to support their learning.
You will have a first degree, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team. You will have an understanding of the adult learning process and the support needs of disabled, including dyslexic students. Experience of working in higher education would be an advantage.
