I wonder if it was my old branch in Prescot. I had the same problem there
and ended up moving to an internet bank. The HSBC branch in prescot was
refused permission to have a ramp by the Highway Department although I
believe it could have installed a short rise platform lift if they really
wanted to be inclusive.
