I see the banks were in the papers again this week having told a 75 year old woman, who complained she could not climb the two steps at the front of the bank because there was no handrail, that she should use their other branch-which was 5km away! It was the HSBC , she got £3000 and went and put it in her new bank- Natwest! printed in the Metro Thursday 16th February.
Kind Regards
