I'm tendering for some work with a NHS organisation that will assess
services provided to disabled people from BRM/BME communities: baseline
numbers for a local area, reasons for not accessing services, experiences
of service users in terms of accessibility etc.
They've asked us to include information about what "quality assurance
systems" are in place (or would be in place), especially in relation to
the quantitative results that we will be providing them with.
As a member of the Market Research Society I have a professional Code of
Conduct to work to, but I don't have any specific experience of QA systems
of this sort. Can anyone help with this? What sort of thing is an NHS
procurement section likely to be looking for?
Thanks for your help.
