The problem is that the whole link is not highlighted as it's on two lines -
cut and paste it to the other underlined bit of the link and it should work
fine.

meeting, where Counciol Planning attend - often 'AL' tells them NEW
policies, n ot other way round! Just tried to view this Website though and
