Hi all,
There is a new bungalow being built in our area, one of the occupants is
ambulant disabled and wants access to the loft space for storage purposes.
Due to the Building Regulations a full stair cannot be fitted without doing
a full loft conversion.
I've heard about a wide loft access ladder complete with handrails that
comes out of a specially designed wider loft hatch like a concertina and is
easier for an ambulant disabled person to use as oppose to a ladder. Does
anyone have any information on this product?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
