Hi. I wonder if anyone can help with this. I have had a couple of
requests for help recently from disabled people who would like a designated
disabled parking space outside their homes, but who have been told by their
housing association that they will have to pay. I can't quite see what
costs there might be (always presuming that the parking is not on the public
highway). Has anyone come across similar instances?
Regards.
