Hi. A colleague who is a wheel-chair user forwarded me the following:
"for levellish ground bikes that attach to wheelchairs are quite good. They
can be battery powered and one make is team hybrid. They attach with a tube
that is fixed under the chair so if being provided for visitors may need
wheelchairs as well as the bike."
