Hi Sue,
It might be worth talking to the people at Accessible Travel
www.accessibletravel.co.uk to see if they have had any experience of this.

Subject: Holiday Accommodation - Incontinence
Would appreciate your thoughts, any cases you may have come across and
links to knowledgeable people to speak with..........
an accommodation provider with a small number of rooms (3 and 4 beds per
room) has been requested told by a nursing home they are discriminating
against their clients, when refusing them a service. The clients are
incontinent, some single and some double.
The ordinary protective matress covers are not suitable for these clients
and specialist equipment is needed. There is also the need to use much
more bedding, matresses, duvets and linen.
There is also an issue of the rooms smelling as there is not the
specialist service to provide clean bedding during the night, so it gets
left,by the carers, sometimes on the floor and there is seepage into the
carpet.
Would the provider be within their rights to refuse the service if
specialist equipment is needed? Or can you suggest anything else?
