Hello All,
Forgive me if this question seems a bit ridiculous and the answer to
it is quite simple. I cannot seem to figure it out myself.
I've completed running a t-contrast statistical test on my results.
The results window shows in the table that there are clusters of
activated voxels above threshold, but my glass brain does not show any
activations and the red cursor that allows you to move from place to
place on the glass brain is not there. Any thoughts as to why this
might be? The covariates were estimated using classical methods (not
Bayesian) and I'm only interested right now in observing one contrast
(my contrast vector is [1 0 0 0]).
Thank you very much.
