Dear all,
Currently I'm running a VBM - Correlation study with schizophrenic
patients with auditory hallucinations. I have performed the statistical
analisys only with GM images, however, the most significant cluster
is placed in WM tissue (internal capsule) (See attached jpg file or
http://personales.upv.es/gragarma/archivos/VBM_Result.jpg).
I know that smoothing effects and particular distributions of residuals
and contrast images can produce this results, but can I interpret
this cluster as a valid result? Maybe this result is displaced from
the correct coordinate, how can I solve this problem?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Gracián.
