Cytoarchitectonic maps of the cortex are time honored tools for
parcelation and constitute the currency of topography-based work.
Glass brains are helpful but do not contain any reference to
Brodmann areas or sulci or gyri. Stereotaxic coordinates
accurately describe the spatial information relative to clusters
seen with SPM but do not display them graphically.
Are the SPMers aware of any tools that would allow the display of
clusters in maps containing information about sulcal, gyral and
cytoarchitectonic landmarks?
Thanks
