Hi,
I just modified a bit the file spm_write_sn in my SPM5. I thought this
change could be interesting for other SPM users (in spite of its
simplicity).
When I wanted to do a normalisation with preservation of amount (aka
modulation) I got 'w' images instead of 'mw' or 'm' images (so I got my
'w' non modulated ones overwritten).
I added, in spm_write_sn, 199, the following lines:
>>if flags.preserve
>> VO.fname = prepend(VO.fname,'m');
>> end
Now I get a 'mw' image instead of 'w' when I want modulated images after
normalization.
Cheers,
Juan
