Hi Bennett,
it kind of is my job to point people towards www.irc.cchmc.org . If you
follow the dowlnoad link you will (not surprisingly) be directed to a
download section where you can obtain pediatric templates that were
designed for spm99. This means they are not very up-to-date but they may
be your best bet yet.
Alternatively, a lot of people are waiting for the MRI data from the NIH
normal brain development study to become available (there was a paper by
Evans in NeuroImage a while ago). Personally, I have been assured that
it will be out in January. I guess we will see ;)
