Dear Simon Eickhoff, dear list,
I would like to use the skull-stripped colin27 structural MRI scan from the
Anatomy Toolbox to project my activations on (to make nice figures).
However, this image is in anatomical MNI space (e.g., [0 0 0] is shifted 5
mm dorsal and 4 mm posterior), so my activations from spm do not match.
I tried re-orienting the image in spm (with the "display" and "reorient"
fucntions and that works perfectly fine when making figures in spm.
However, MRICro does not recognize this re-orientation (because spm only
changes the .mat file), and I prefer using that programme because of better
graphical possibilities.
How do I simply reorient the colin27 image from the Anatomy Toolbox from
anatomical MNI space to conventional MNI space, such that MRICro recognizes
it?
Many thanks in advance for you answer!
Greetings,
Rick Helmich
