Alfonso,
Ok you can go to my web page
www.umich.edu/~rcwelsh/spm2Batch
and download the tar file and follow the instructions for installing. Note the tar file also includes a patch to spm2 for turning off graphics. Do a "tar -tf" to see the contents. You will need to modify the one batch script called
spm2Batch_Global
To point to your local spm2 distribution, the directory where the batch scripts will live, where the spm2 patch is placed and where matlab is.
If you get it working I think you will really enjoy. It will allow you to submit a one sample or two sample t-test in about 10-30 seconds of typing. All it requires is that the input images are organized approriately (each group should be in a single directory, if you can use "ranfxLinks" to create links from subject level results to a group level directory.)
All commands have built in help, just type the command with no input and it will show you what to do.
Enjoy,
- Robert

Hello,
has anyone a script to compute contrast and statistical images from a FFX design
matrix (for instance, including motion parameters as regresors) in SPM2? Of
course, some changes will be necessary, but it would be a good starting point
for me.
Thanks in advance.
Alfonso.
