Hi Krishna,
I'm not sure I understand what your contrasts are for, but (A) and (B)
are equivalent in terms of t- or F- and p-values. Overall scale of
contrasts doesn't effect the statistical results, since the contrast
vector appears in both the numerator and denominator of the ratios
involved in t- and F- statistics.
