Hello all,
I haven't received any responses regarding my problem with the default settings
in SPM2, and wanted to know if anyone had ideas as to why it's not working. All
you have to do to test it is start to define the model. Just hit the "defaults"
button and enter these settings:
threshold: .01
no. bins/TR: 26
bin sampled: 13
Then specify the fMRI design as:
interscan interval: 2
scans per session: 230 230 230 230
specify design in secs
choose hrf
Volterra: no
If you make it this far in the process, then you haven't encountered the same
problem and I can conclude that something's wrong with my specific version
(which is the same as the last respondant's version). If, after selecting hrf,
you can't continue to the next step and you receive an error message (see
below), then something is wrong with the program and perhaps one of you will
know the solution (or at least I'll know it's not something that I can fix).
