thanks a lot for all the hints! the procedure to preprocess spm5 data
(anatomical and functional) for an export to brainsight frameless
1.5 (on iMac OS X) is as follows
1. reslice the data in SPM5 using the script from ged ridgeway (see below)
2. use imagecalc in SPM99 to import and export data (for example
import "data.img", export "brainsight.img" and calculate "i1+1")
