SPM2 was supposed to have created a single mean of all the images, and
not a mean for each session. I'm pleased to see that SPM5 appears to be
working as intended.

Subject: [SPM] SPM5 realignment for two sessions
For a group study with 2 sessions per subject, I am trying to realign
(estimate & reslice) for both sessions of one subject simultaniously.
While it looks like both sessions are being realingned (r-files
created), SPM5 is creating a mean image for the first, but not the
second session. When I used SPM 2 I got a mean image for each session.
What am I doing wrong? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Imran
