Well, in a way, yes. Actually, the way things are now is that I did of
course do the DICOM conversion within spm5, so spm2 does not generate
mat-files in the first place. Therefore, spm5 is severely confused by
the maps. Combining both of your bits of code, I can now convert the
original files spm5 => spm2, generate the fieldmap, and then go back
spm2=> spm5, which then finally understands what I want from it.
