Hi SPM-folk,
I'm trying to use behavioral response data as a regressor, but the problem
is that I don't want to include every scan.
Since each subject's responses are unique, it would be laborious (to say the
lease) to remove the scans manually (during file specification), so my
question is: is there a way to tell SPM5 in the regressor to EXCLUDE certain
TRs from the analysis?
I tried putting "NaN"s in there and was met with a host of errors. Other
options might be 0s or the mean, but those treat missing data as valid data
and bias the results.
Thanks!
