Hi Jiansong,
You were right to try art_batchexample (not with the suffix 2), but this
script is a "sample" batch script to run SPM2 wih deweighting.
(Sorry, I did not provide sample data to use with this particular script.)
To run your case, you'll need to make a copy of the script for your own use,
and then go into the Matlab editor to modify it.
>> edit your_copy_of_art_batchexample
Then enter your experiment design on the lines between
%---------------------------------------------------
% User-defined parameters for this analysis (sample)
%---------------------------------------------------
down until
fprintf('%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%\n');
fprintf(['Beginning estimation on subject ' sub]);
fprintf('%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%\n');
There are many forms of batch scripts for SPM2. This particular one
is a version from the Gabrieli lab. The advantage of the batch script is
that once it is set up for one of your subjects- it will easily run any
other subject with the same experiment design.
Cheers,
Paul
