Hi,
I have a little tool called clipdummies, which cuts off volumes at the
start and end of a 4D nifti file. As it is part of our own BMU software
package I have never tested it outside its `habitat', but if you have
Linux you could have a look if my binary works on your computer :). Of
course it's also possible to download the whole package...
the syntax would be:
clipdummies <start> <end>
so if you have a file MyTimeSeries.nii of 100 images and call
clipdummies MyTimeSeries 4 6
you will have a 90-volume file with volumes 0..3 and 94..99 removed.
Don't test it on original data...
Regards,
Alle Meije
