Hi Tomas,
I am pretty sure that this error
> Loading & conditioning SupraThreshold statistics...??? Error using ==> load
> Unable to read MAT file C:\MATLAB6p5p1\work\SnPM_ST.mat
>
> File may be corrupt.
is due to the file simply being too large (especially FAT and FAT32 are
limited to files of up to 2 and 4 GB, respectively). Also, if it does
not fit into memory (even if potentially not too big) it may not load in
the first place. Look it up in the explorer and see how large it is
(with 2 x 37 subjects with hi-res images, it has to be huge - I am
actually suprised you got this far :)
You could go without this or limit the data by defining a threshold
before. Alternatively, you could try it on a Unix or Linux system which
is less vulnerable here (as pretty much always :)
Best,
Marko
