Sorry, it's a plugin (spm5/spm_orthviews/spm_ov_reorient.m). I can't
honestly remember what I did (if anything) to set this up, but I do have:
spm5/spm_orthviews/
in my Matlab path, so try adding it to yours (e.g. with pathtool)
before you start Matlab, hopefully then the option should appear...
