The high-dimensional warping toolbox in SPM5 is relatively unchanged
from the one in SPM2. The theory in Chap 4 of HBF2 should accurately
reflect the practical implementation.
Thanks Ged, for answering so many of the SPM questions. Your answers
that I've had a chance to look at have all been pretty good.
All the best,
-John

Subject: [SPM] HDW in SPM5 vs SPM2 vs HBF2 book
Hi John (or anyone else who knows)
Is the high-dimensional warping toolbox in SPM5 unchanged from the one
in SPM2 (and hence that used in e.g. the paper by Chetelat et al [1])?
And how well does the theory of Chapter 4 of the second edition of
Human Brain Function [2] match the practical implementation? Any major
deviations to be aware of?
Many thanks,
Ged.
