Hi Ana,
Can you be more specific? Do you want to find the locations of
differences (functional or structural) between two groups? Or do you
want some kind of global measure of group separation?
The standard SPM/VBM approach is suitable for comparison of groups of
structural images, e.g. a simple two-sample t-test of smoothed
modulated normalised segmentations. See the notes here:
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM-VBM#VBM_in_Practice
If you don't want this kind of mass-univariate voxel-wise testing,
then you could investigate the MM toolbox -- from the extensions page,
or:
http://www.madic.org/download/MMTBx/MMTB_intro.html
If something else, please post to the group again with more info!
Best,
Ged.
