Hi,
While doing some coding to make one-sample and two-sample t-test
automation scripts I found this bug in spm_spm_ui.m of SPM2 and SPM5
else, xsm.Implicit_masking = 'No'; end
which should read
else, xsM.Implicit_masking = 'No'; end
I'm guessing since there is no use of "xsm" but there is of "xsM"
This occurs at line 1158 in spm_spm_ui.m (just grep xsm).
It also occurs in spm_config_factorial_design.m
[rcwelsh@dysthymia spm5]$ nl spm_config_factorial_design.m | grep xsm
1446 xsm.Implicit_masking = 'No';
I am also not quite sure if these have any real ramifications since I
only found it last night at 2am.
Best,
Robert Welsh
